International Replacement Parts Policy
If your new K'NEX set has missing or defective parts, please go to www.knexusergroup.org. Type the words “Missing Parts” in the Search box and follow the instructions provided to have parts replaced. If your set is missing instructions they can be obtained at www.knex.com using the 5 digit set model number. Go to - http://www.knex.com/model-instructions
Expedited and Rush Expedited shipping methods are not applicable for orders weighing over 150 lbs.
When ordering items in any of the Parts & Extras categories which includes rods, connectors, panels, wheels & gears, miscellaneous, motors, grab bags, instructions and accessories your order subtotal must be equal to or greater then $5.00 to complete your transaction.
Regular Shipping: Orders will be received in 5-10 business days.
- Please note that all orders totaling over $500 for individual parts must be approved by K'NEX prior to acceptance of order.
Orders including sets are commonly shipped via UPS. Orders including sets may be delayed if P.O. Box is used in Shipping Address field.
Orders going to Alaska & Hawaii will be shipped via US Mail, unless expedited or rush expedited shipping has been selected.
Canadian orders may be subject to customs delays. Therefore, the standard 5-10 business days for Regular Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and USPS Airmail Parcel cannot be guaranteed.

Free shipping codes apply only to Regular shipping. If using a free shipping code with Rush or Expedited shipping only a portion of shipping will be deducted.
All orders are subject to review and approval by K'NEX. Most orders will be approved within two business days or less. However, approval could take longer if there are any issues with your account. We will contact you within forty-eight (48) hours if there is an issue with your order. K'NEX will promptly issue you a full refund for any paid order that it denies. K'NEX does not ship to freight forwarders. Orders requesting shipment to a freight forwarder's address will be cancelled.
1)Shipping charges are shown at Checkout and are based on your location and the total weight of your order.
We regret we are unable to accept orders from outside the United States and Canada.
- Your Order will be shipped from our Hatfield, PA location and you should receive your K'NEX item(s), with exception for The K'NEX Custom Designed Building Set, within 7-10 business days.
- Orders shipped to Canada may incur additional custom charges and are the responsibility of the receiver.
- For expedited delivery you may select Expedited (3rd business day) or Rush Expedited (2nd Business Day) delivery at Checkout. Shipping charges will apply at that time. Expedited orders are Not guaranteed to P.O. Boxes, Canada, APO, or AE Addresses.
2) You may order individual parts in any assortment you choose. (Product colors may vary)
3) If you prefer not to place your order through the Web site, please print out your order and mail it in using the option at checkout, or call us at 1-800-543-5639, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, EST.
** No Purchase Orders will be accepted.
4) Discount or other coupons cannot be used with Mail-in Part Orders.
All Credit Card transactions will be in U.S. Currency Funds.
5) Omitting any of the information on the On-Line or Mail-In Order Form may cause a delay in the delivery of your parts.
6) If you have received an email from YourFriends@KNEX.com offering 10% off the items that were in your shopping cart, this offer cannot be combined with any other current Parent Savings offers detailed on our Web site. You must use the link provided in the email offer to receive the 10% savings.
7) K'NEX does ask that online ordering be done by an adult 18 years or older and that they have a valid MASTERCARD or VISA Credit Card in their name. We, of course, submit this information to the credit card company, which will use its own methods of verifying addresses and identities. Any customer submitting an order who is younger than 18 years of age must have the permission of a parent or guardian.
8) RETURN POLICY:
- K'NEX Industries will only accept returned merchandise with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. To Obtain a RMA number call us at 1-800-KID-KNEX.
- All authorized returns will be credited minus shipping charges upon receipt by K'NEX.
- This does not apply to damaged items or incorrect shipments.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from receipt in its original packaging and original unused and resellable condition.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
NOTE: K'NEX cannot be held responsible for any online orders
submitted by persons under the age of 18 who have not acquired
the permission of a parent or guardian. These orders will become
the responsibility of the parent(s) or guardian(s) that own the
valid credit card used in the transaction.
