Step 1: Build an original K'NEX model that qualifies in the category listed below, based upon your current Cub Scout rank. This needs to be your own original design. You can build as an individual OR as your Cub Scout den OR both.
Building Categories:
- Tiger Cubs: My Family & Me. Build a model that describes an activity or destination that you have enjoyed with your family.
- Wolf Cubs: Outdoor Fun. Build a model that represents a fun outdoor activity or interesting aspect of nature.
- Bear Cubs: Community Pride. Build a model that signifies an important part of your community.
- Webelos: Wonders of Science. Build a model that represents a cool aspect of science.
Step 2: Take pictures of your K'NEX model(s).
Step 3: We'd love to know more about your model! Tell us about it in a video or with a 1-page written description.
Step 4: Print out and complete the
entry form. Make sure a parent, guardian or den leader reads and signs the entry form.
Step 5: Send the pictures of your creation, the video or written description and the completed entry form that has been signed where indicated by your den leader/parent/guardian to: 2008 Cub Scout K'NEXpert Contest, K'NEX Industries, Inc., P.O. Box 700, Hatfield, PA 19440.
Entries must be postmarked by December 31st, 2007. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Use your K'NEX at home or borrow some from a friend! All entries become the property of K'NEX.
